At REVV, we're dedicated to making sure our store is operating with extreme caution and are actively enforcing CDC workplace guidelines, including but not limited to:

Where is my package? (Domestic)
At the moment, all couriers including UPS, Fedex, and USPS are experiencing a shortage of trucks and drivers to handle the influx of eCommerce shipments since local businesses are closed. We are shipping out most orders within 24 hours (exceptions apply if you have a pre-order, special request, or your order was placed on the weekend), and our carriers are picking up daily.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the bottleneck that couriers are experiencing, so we request that you wait a a few additional days before reaching out to us if your package is taking longer than usual.
Where is my package? (International)
At this time, USPS has imposed delivery suspensions on select countries. You can read more about that here. We have also received reports that items shipping to Canada and Australia are being held up. Please note that if you are placing an international shipment, it could be delayed for several days or weeks. We ask that you be patient, as we are doing everything we can but some things are simply out of our control.
I live in Nashville, can I pick up my order?
Yes, choose in-store pick up at check out, we're happy to also schedule a curbside pick up with you. After placing your order, please email us at email@example.com so we can provide a pick-up window for you.
When you come to pick up, park in front of the store, put your hazards on and give us a call at 629-888-4711 with your name and we can run the order out to you car.
